About HRH Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

Mohammad Bin Fahd Bin Abdulaziz is one of the most prominent figures of the second generation of the Saudi royal family. He is well known for his exquisite culture of excellence, his positive future outlook, his openness to the world, and his continuous participation in the achievement of many of the revitalizations and the developments in the kingdom. HRH is the second son of King Fahd Bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud. He is known as a firm leader who is exemplified with modesty; realism, and open heartedness, and who is personally attentive to the needs of the people. He is also known for his constant efforts to always have an open, continuous and direct communication with the people. 

HRH joined the University of California at Santa Barbara, (US), where he received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science. HRH worked in the private sector for a while before joining the Government as an assistant to the deputy Minister of Interior. He remained in that position until his appointment as Governor of the Eastern Province during the period (1405 AH – 1434 AH), (i.e. 1985-2013).

Prince Mohammad bin Fahd devotion was never bounded by his official Government duties, but is extended to include all the needs of the people. This is reflected in the numerous programs and projects he established to serve the people inside and outside the Kingdom.
